Hyderabad: Union President of All Pakistan WAPDA Hydroelectric Abdul Latif Nizamani said that strength of union’s employees makes CBA in the institute so that their problems can be solved under the agreements of authority so that workers can be benefited. He was addressing while presiding over a meeting of construction zone’s leaders at Labor Hall, Hyderabad.
Abdul Latif said that not only workers get bother but also union get upset when their employees do not get benefited according to the agreement of authority when authorities do not implement their orders . Union provincial secretary Iqbal Ahmed Qaim Khani, Malik Sultan Ali, Azam Khan, Muhammad Hanif Khan, Waheed Pathan and Hafiz Abdul Karim were also presented at the event.
Union President of All Pakistan WAPDA Hydroelectric said that agenda should be made for authority to be implemented on orders in which all problems of construction workers to be included so that workers’ problems could be solve through CBA. He told that Government and HESCO have issued the orders for delay illegal promotions of SDO which will be benefited for other employees.
Union provincial secretary Iqbal Ahmed Qaim Khani said union will always try to solve problems of workers and will not get back from this responsibility. He added that if worker could not be able to solve their issues then they can directly contact to the union as it will considered as a responsibility of a union to make their issues solved.
My case for restoration of commuted portion of pension w.e.from 6-4-2016has been forworded to Director pension by Revenue Offier Sepco Sukkur vide letter No. 2715 dated21-4-2016.despite lapse of a period of four months,it is still lying unattended.various reminders have been issued which are contemplated like crying in desert.will some on at helm of affairs kindly look in to the matter and provide me the relief by restoring the commuted portion of pension.

We are waiting for issuing of Authority Orders I.e. only endorsement of our due rights of Up gradation of Senior Superintendent from BPS-16 to BPS-17.

Federal Service Tribunal of Pakistan an Supreme Court of Pakistan had issued decision order for giving BPS-17 to Senior Superintendent.
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf the then Prime Minister of Pakistan decided the case
& Yousaf Raza Gillani also issued order in the PPP Govt but not implemented.
Ishaq Dar Federal Minister Govt of Pakistan issued order in the Budget speech of 2013-14 for allowing BPS-16 to BPS-17 to Senior Superintendent.
Secretary Establishment Govt of Pakistan Islamabad issued order. Secretary Finance also issued order.
WAPDA company I.e. PEPCO, IESCO PESCO etc also implemented the order of the Federal Government order.
But WAPDA Authority NOT issued order for up gradation of Senior Superintendent from BPS-16 to BPS-17.
It is requested to please give our rights from the date of announcement of Service tribunal decision or from the date of decision of the Supreme Court OR at least from the date of announcement of the Federal Finance Minister Budget speech 2013-14
