Afaq Ahmed Filed Application Against Altaf Hussain In Akhtar Hussain Murder Case

Karachi: MQM-Haqiqi Chief Afaq Ahmed filed application in Sindh High Court (SHC) against MQM-A Chief Altaf Hussain regarding Akhtar Hussain murder case. Earlier, Sindh High Court Allows MQM-H Chief Afaq Ahmed to handle his own case. Afaq Ahmed told SHC that his lawyer is receiving death threats and he want to handle his case.

SHC also ordered that no arrest will be made if any new case would came against Afaq Ahmed until previous cases resolved. Next hearing of Afaq Ahmed Case will be start on November 15, 2011.
