Charity Can Cure Depression & Tensions

University of British Columbia is a renowned Canadian university which carried out research and concluded that people who give charity and share gifts with relatives, friends and deserving people live more.

They claimed that it is because of less depression and less tension. People who are busy in taking care of others have less depression. Their mind is more relaxed and they think less about their own problems.

Criticism is also being done on this study and it is being said that the studied sample was mostly consisted of happy and depressed people who find refugee in charity.
