Dance Parties In Schools Unacceptable: JI Naseem Siddiqui

Jamaat-e Islami (JI) has expressed grave concern over the conspiracy for tarnishing traditional Eastern and Islamic culture in academic institutions. In this regard, JI Karachi General Secretary Naseem Siddiqui has said that a lobby at the behest of United States has been active in paving ways for the promotion of Western culture and nudity in Pakistan. That pro-West lobby has with the consent of government started conducting singing and dancing parties in colleges and schools, which if not checked would smash Pakistani culture and ethical values of Islamic state.

JI has been closely monitoring such wicked moves by so-called liberal lobbies and would not allow this to happen in Pakistan under any circumstances, he vowed. He warned the patrons of such lobbies to refrain from spoiling the norms and values of Pakistani society by imposing notorious agenda of the West.

He recalled that Indian Congress Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi had once asserted that India needed not to conquer Pakistan with military power because the Islamic Republic of Pakistan was already conquered on the front of culture and its traditional values were already tarnished. Sonia Gandhi’s statement was a matter of serious concern for Pakistani rulers and so-called liberal elite, he commented.

He said that the anti-Pakistan and anti-Islam forces have deliberately targeted the youth of the country so as to eliminate the future of the country and render the country at the mercy of the intruders and invaders because it was the youth force that would ensure the defence of the country.

Government should immediately revoke any agreement and repeal all given permissions in this regard because such obnoxious activities were totally unacceptable and would be resisted with full force, he warned.
