Daska Bar Association president Rana Khalid Abbas Killed

Daska-lawyers-policeDaska: The president of Daska Bar Association Rana Khalid Abbas has been killed by the Daska police on Monday in order to protest against record keeper of Daska tehsil municipal administration (TMA) Amir Shahzad Bajwa. According to the details, police shot dead president of DBA along with two lawyers who protested against Amir Shahzad Bajwa with the claim that he misbehaved with a lawyer.

President Rana Khalid Abbas and lawyers were protesting outside the Daska tehsil municipal administration (TMA) office on kutchehry road against a record keeper of that office. However Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif directed for a judicial inquiry on the incident as well as also asked to create a joint investigation team (JIT) in order to investigate the matter. In this regard, TMA staff told that protesting lawyers were beating their coworkers while asking them to call police immediately for protection. [alert style=”white”]Opposed lawyers who were under the supervision of President Rana Khalid, was misbehaving with the police as they were abusing police officials and throwing stones over them as well as also challenged police to shot them if they are brave, eyewitness commented.[/alert]

However, Daska police station SHO inspector Shahzad Warraich fired on Rana Abbas, Irfan Chohan and Zohaib Sahi during their protest.
