Afghan officials say that several members belong from Pashtun Shinwari tribe have displaced from their home and are searching for refuge in Jalalabad which is a capital of Nangarhar. However when Haji Ghalib appointed as district governor of Achin, he started to take strict action against Daesh militants. I will not leave Daesh until he finishes them and take all revenges of my people, he added.
Haji Ghalib also said that IS was ruling over the Achin district at the time of his appointment and then he decided that his first task is to end their ruling by bringing them out of Achin and nearing districts. Haji Ghalib who is former police officer emerged as ray of hope for the residents of Achin who have faced violence or oppression from IS as Ghalib is also used to provide help to several displaced families in Achin.
