Leading actress and model of Pakistan Humaima Malick will address the Sindh Assembly. After which she would become the first actress to be addressed in the Sindh Assembly. Humaima Malick is freshly appointed as official ambassador of World Wild Fund (WWF) in Pakistan.
The ‘Bol’ famed actress, Humaima Malick has especially invited to address the Sindh Assembly as she has been recently appointed official ambassador of World Wildlife Fund in Pakistan (WWF-Pakistan). Humaima Malick will address the Assembly whereas for some time she will take off all unnecessary lights. In her address, she will focus the importance of Energy conserving in order to spread the life of the planet.
Talking to the media, Humaima Malick told that she has started her duties as official brand ambassador of WWF and feeling privileged as being the first artist to address house of public representatives. Additionally, she said “I will emphasis on WWF’s global initiative ‘Earth Hour’ and present the idea of saving energy in a country like Pakistan”. She will discuss Pakistan’s energy crises at length and ways of dealing with it on a large scale.
Earlier, Sindh has been declared as Earth Hour Province of Pakistan on fourth consecutive time since the movement started in the country.
WWF is a global organization concerned with preserving the environment and various habitats and the creatures within it. WWF chose Humaima Malick to be the voice of Pakistan. Apart from being a seasoned well known actress, she is also a socially responsible citizen who has a certain drive to take up such initiatives.
