Irani Petrol Sale Illegal On Pumps: Commissioner Karachi

illegal-petrolKarachi: Commissioner of Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui has declared Irani Petrol sale as illegal while saying that Irani petrol pumps and shops should be sealed. According to the details, Commissioner Karachi took notice of selling of Irani petrol and ordered to administration to take action against that shops and petrol pumps who are selling Irani petrol.

On the other hand, Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui also instructed law enforcement to keep strict eye on all entry and exit points and also establish check posts. However a focal person has also been appointed by custom officials in all districts, Commission Karachi added. Shaoib Ahmed Siddiqui was addressing to a meeting which was organized in order to discuss stoppage of illegal selling of smuggled Irani petrol. Meeting was attended by collector custom Tariq Huda including officers of Karachi administration, deputy commissioner of all districts, custom officials and police officers.

At this event, Karachi commissioner further said that petrol which illegal smuggled from Iran is not only unusable but it is also severely harming the treasures of cities and provinces. During his address he also directed to all deputy commissioners and custom officials to visit every petrol pump and shops which are selling Irani petrol and also sealed their pumps by taking strict action against them as well as they can also take help from rangers in this regard.
