Job Profile: You have the personality, screen charisma, confidence and skill to present recorded or live news items from within the studios or from any place of happening as and when needed. Your strength lies in your ability to read & speak effectively and your confidence in front of the camera and your ability to connect with the audience and viewership and if you have the right mix (as demonstrated by screen testing) then other criteria can be relaxed for you.

You are also someone who is comfortable in tracking, following and learning news worthy developments from all kinds of sources that may include wire agencies, internet, international media and your own field reporters. You will need to build some basic understanding of different areas of public and private enterprise and policy to be able to make a quick informed comment as and when needed and to understand the news as it is developing and being described to you by other members of the team.

You are an energetic person who understands news as a commodity; and is capable of maintaining liaison with sources, professional colleagues and the News Desk. You are preferably under 35 years of age on 30th April 2012.
