Khalid Bin Walid Park in Peshawar Gets biometric attendance

Biometric-attendancePeshawar: The famous Khalid Bin Walid Park which is located in cantonment area of Peshawar got biometric attendance as all employees of the park including cleanliness staff, gardeners and other daily wagers have to mark their attendee through biometric attendance system (BAS). According to the details, BAS process will repeat three times daily in the morning, noon and afternoon in order to confirm the attendance of the employees.

However all employees are required to mark their attendance till 8:30 AM and if anyone of them mark his attendance after the mention time will consider as absent. On the other hand, BAS devices have been set to in all offices of Cantonment Board Peshawar (CBP) including with one hospital and two schools which are under control of the board. While BAS is linked with the system in the main office of CBP with Internet.

According to the officials, with the help of BAS, numerous ghost employees had been found as BAS is playing an important role in identifying of ghost employees as well as improving of attendance of employees. [alert style=”white”]It is worth mentioning here that BAS was launched almost one year ago in CBP in order to regulate low attendance and unofficial absence of employees.[/alert]
