For industrial development, it is necessary that industrial labourers should be technically educated and trained so that they can silk fully carry out their jobs. The industrial labour of Pakistan is generally unskilled and has no facilities of technical training hence the production capacities of our industries does not increase.

The unskilled industrial labourers generally commit mistakes and commit industrial accidents in which on one hand they suffer disabilities and sometimes even death.
On the other hand the enterprisers also suffer by payment of heavy compensation for losses to the labourers and loss of machineries and industrial products also. In their own interest the enterprises should start to provide technical training to their labourers to avoid such troubles.
