Lawyers Strike And Boycott Of Court Should Be Finished

The other day I went to district court, Karachi and I saw that there no cases running in courts because of strike call given by lawyers. I asked a lawyer that why there is strike in courts he replied that an advocate was killed in interior Sindh, therefore lawyers are showing consolation by boycotting the courts.

When I inquired more on this strike calls by lawyers I cam to the point that now strike and boycott of courts are very usual lower courts and because of this many cases can’t run.

I appeal to Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry that he has taken many suo motu cases; it is now time to take suo motu case on this issue.
