Lose Weight Within A Month By Doing 3 Things

Many people want to lose weight but when they see the difficult diet charts and exercise plans they become confuse and lose the hope of being smart again.  But don’t worry there is an easy escape plan from obesity.

You just have to do 3 things to lose weight within one month:

1) Stop eating junk foods such as burgers, French fries, pizza and cakes. Any high calorie thing should be avoided such as cold drinks, bakery items and chocolates.

2) Breakfast, lunch and dinner should be completely vegetables and fruits. You can add healthy fish, eggs but not chicken or meat.

3) Start cycling or walking twice a day for 30-60 minutes each.
