MQM Surprised over PTI’s Popularity in Karachi: British Media

mqm rabita committee membersLondon: Though Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) 18 National Assembly Seats, Altaf Hussain was worried about PTI’s Popularity in Karachi. This has been claimed by British newspaper guardian in latest report. The report said that Tehreek e Insaf emerged as new challenger while MQM vote bank decreased by 10 percent. Altaf Hussain shocked after getting result details of election 2013.

The report also said that aggressive speeches of Altaf Hussain are increasing Embarrassment among MQM senior leadership. Nawaz Sharif has secured immense numbers of seats and he doesn’t need MQM coalition. Newspaper also claimed that due to Decrease in MQM’s political influence in Islamabad, party is feeling uncomfortable. There is common threat in MQM that new government can start violence and backlash policy like past.

Leading UK Newspaper also claimed that if PTI increase efforts, I can get more success in future. The Newspaper tried to explain reason of recent choler attitude of MQM leadership. One side they are PTI’s boom in Karachi and on other hand they are losing political grip of Islamabad.
