Orange: The Richest Source of Vitamin C

fruitOrange is a fruit of winter though it is consumed in form of packed juice through out the whole year.  Being rich in Vitamin A it boosts your immune system.

It is also the richest source of Vitamin C, just one orange can provide 72% of your daily requirement of Vitamin C.

It is also known for preventing blockages in arteries because it of antioxidants. It removes the toxins and other free radicals which are harmful for our health.

Consumption of fruit is very necessary to fulfill our need of nutrients but it is reported that in Pakistan the average fruit consumption in low income families is just 35 kg for one person in a whole year. It is far below the required amount.
