Pakistan Health Ministers Should Pay Proper Attention on Contaminated Water

The polluted water is being creating many diseases in Pakistan. Many people have suffered kidney problem and other problems because of contaminated water. Moreover many people have been killed due to the polluted water.

However researchers at the Pakistan Medical Research Council recognize that a large proportion of diseases in Pakistan are caused by the consumption of polluted water but so far little attention has been paid by the Health Ministry in this regard. Even the 38 percent of the population that are consuming the contaminated water, although the problem varies by area wise.

In Punjab more than 90% of drinking water comes from ground water, but in Sindh it is only 9%. I request to Health Ministers of all provinces of Pakistan to pay proper attention and should make program for future.
