Pakistan Railway E-Ticket Service – What Should Be Done?

Pakistan Railway has decided to extend and improve the railway management system and to facilitate the train passenger. That’s why they have launched once again the E-ticket service with the help of United Bank Limited (UBL). Through this service customers can get the ticket from anywhere in the country.

E-ticket service is expected to be implemented within eight months for all train passengers. This service will bring positive image as well as control on black marketing trained by this service.

New management should recruit qualified, experience and capable person from across the country. If we see the previous performance of employees lacking is the main cause of poor performance which is making it difficult to run its management in proper way.

They have to give proper attention on e-ticket service upload complete database regarding how many seats are available, customer category, meals, ticket option, and wheel chair option for disable person, train timing, cleaning and maintenance. If they will maintain above standards they will surely earn more money to covered previous losses.
