Islamabad: Pakistani government has now decided to offer cheap hajj programs for the citizens so that many people can go to perform hajj by the sea route. The government has decided to buy new ships in which a citizen will be able to go to Saudi Arabia in 25 to 30 thousand rupees.
This new service is being provided by the government so that as many citizens go and perform Hajj which an obligation. To help the public to perform Hajj government has taken such steps in which a lower class citizen can also perform the obligation.
Due to a huge amount of around 3 to 5 lacs many people were unable to perform Hajj. This program will allow many people to perform it. The immigrants will reach within six days to Saudi Arabia, said Kamran Michael Foreign Minister of Ports and Shipping.
The reports to start the program have been submitted to the Prime Minister and are waiting for his approval. On his approval of the program it will be implemented from next Hajj season, added the minister. Food and other facilities will also be provided to the travelers during their journey.
