The press conference was also attended by senior PPP leader and Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Khurshid Shah and Faryal Talpur. Raja Afzal didn’t answer the question as why he is leaving PML-N. before the press conference Raja Afzal met PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Before the joining of these politicians, senior journalist Hamir Mir said that it was pre-emptive move by the ruling party PPP. There are expectations that few more politicians may join PPP in the coming weeks. Accodirng to sources politicians from interior Sindh will also announce to join PPP and will contest elections from PPP platform.
