Hyderabad: Vice President of Hyderabad District of Pakistan Peoples Party, Fayaz Ali Shah said due to the sacrifices of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, the awareness has risen between the people of Pakistan. While talking at the inauguration event of PPP unit office at PS-45, he said politician who served his life for the services of nation will remain alive in the history and their work is always with the nation and workers of their party.
Fayaz Ali Shah said the history of PPP leaders is witness that PPP faced every offense and oppression with great courage, as PPP has been criticized by various socialists for opportunism. PPP believes in the services of nation and they always supports nation in their sorrow and grief. He further added that enemy of democracy and outputs of dictators are busy in conspiracy against democracy. Rajab Ali Khaskheli, Haji Junaid Soomro, Babu Abdullah Qazi, Saleem Pathan and other were present at the event.
PPP is a Centre-left, progressive, and social democratic political party in Pakistan. Since its establishment in 1967, it had been a major and influential political force in the country and its party’s leadership has been ruled by the members of the Bhutto-Zardari family. By the 1970s, the Pakistan Peoples Party had become the largest and most influential leading socialist and democratic entity in the country. The Peoples Party has been a leading proponent of democratic socialism, favoring the semi-secular and semi-Islamic socialist principles.
