PTI Akbar S. Babar To Launch Reform Drive Within Party

Islamabad: Information secretary of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Akbar S. Babar is all set to launch reform drive within the party in order to save party from breakdown and straighten it according to its formation ideology. In this regard, PTI’s leaders met on Monday at the residency of Akbar S. Babar and decided to launch reform movement as a significant development.

The meeting was attended by a former general secretary Muhammad Hafeez of the PTI’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter, a founding member of the party and previous president of its Rawalpindi district chapter Khawaja Imtiaz, former president of the Attock district chapter Malik Mansoor Bangash, a founding member and former president of the Insaf Students Federation Hikmatullah Khan and a woman MNA of the party.

Mr Babar told while talking to the journalist that demand of sincere PTI workers and office-bearers has been discussed in the meeting as PTI has diverted from its founding’s principles and liabilities due to which PTI has lost its way. He also told that PTI is in the hands of those people who are not taking party’s ideology seriously as they are only looking for their consigned interests due to which party is facing internal decay. On the other hand, spokesman of PTI said that Akbar S. Babar is just trying to get media’ limelight as he has nothing with the party’s affairs.
