Birmingham: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, Asim Khan and Shahzad Ahmed elected first ever PTI as UK President and General Secretary among 48 UK nominated provincial representatives in Birmingham. The deputy secretary, Farhat Faheem of Office of International Chapters (OIC) with the PTI UK Finance Board members and independent observers had successfully conducted and organized the first presidential elections for a PTI foreign with the ultimate clearness, frankness and justice.
Jawad Ahmed with the wining board announced the results and affirmed Asim Khan PTI UK elected President and Chaudhry Shehzad Ahmed as PTI UK elected General Secretary. Asim Khan and Shahzad Ahmed as elected officials make sure a continuous process lead in a maximum proficient manner. All the nominated officials expressed and stated hearty congratulate to both Asim Khan and Shehzad Ahmed. As a founding member of PTI UK, Akram Dhareeja mentioned the journey of PTI UK at the event and expressed his feeling of being a part of this historic moment. At the occasion, Akram Dhareeja said to the opposing candidates that do not lose your concentration on working in order to increase the progress and betterment of the party and always involve and work for the larger audience across the UK.
The elected PTI UK president Asim Khan said that he would work hard for the party generously and with full dedication as well as work determinedly to meet the new challenges of the party. Both the winning candidates Asim Khan Shehzad Ahmed had declared to work together in an organized manner and said that PTI UK will become an ideal role for PTI.
