Sexual Harassment Cases in Karachi University

Karachi: Another Sexual harassment case is occurred as it is very common in Karachi University due to which lots of students are becoming victim of it. According to the sources, a new sexual harassment case has been emerged in Karachi University as investigation of this is in progress these days. An inquiry committee which has been set up in Karachi University in order to investigate the complaints which had been submitted by various students.

The inquiry report will be submitted to the vice chancellor of Karachi University in the next 10 days as many cases have been submitted against teachers of Karachi University. It is pertinent to mention that another case of sexual harassment was filed by a girl student of Mass Communication Department against a male teacher of Urdu Department which was confirmed by the chairman of Mass Communication department, Prof Tahir Masood. Prof Tahir Masood also confirmed that sexual harassment cases are increasing day by day in Karachi University due to which he inquiry committee has been arranged in tr=his regard.

It is pertinent to mention that inappropriate behavior and sexual harassment cases have been occurring for many times in Karachi University but administration is doing nothing in order to stop these misbehavior of culprits instead administration is also supporting culprits in this regard which is completely intolerable act of administration.
