Shahid Afridi Prefers Tablighi Jamaat over Tehreek e Insaf

Dubai: Boom Boom Afridi has shocked his fans by giving clarification on his future involvement in politics. Afridi said that he will join Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) after retirement. Afridi also clarified that he is willing to work with Religious organization “Tablighi Jamaat” after his retirement from International Cricket. Couple of days ago, former Cricketer Shoaib Akhtar linked with Tablighi Jamaat (TB) and now Afridi has given his stance on politics.

Earlier, it was expecting that Shahid Afridi may join PTI in future. During Election 2013 campaign, Afridi announced to participate in PTI Karachi Jalsa but later Jalsa was postponed due to security reasons. Afridi has spent time with TB and now he has cleared that he is not going to join political parties.

Talking to media on Opening ceremony of Ice Cream Parlor in Dubai, Afridi accepted that his performance was not remained satisfactory during current year.

Afridi said Pakistan is favorite for champions’ trophy 2013. Afridi also said that he is wishing for best performance of national team. At this moment, Afridi said he is missing this mega event.
