Islamabad: The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan chaired a meeting on Thursday, in which the issues of NATO blockage, Party’s affairs, Talks with Taliban and National Security was discussed. Members of the core committee of Tehreek-e-Insaf attended the meeting and gave their point of views.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Mr. Imran Khan and other members of committee announced end to blockade of NATO supply, said some of the sources. This decision that is expected to be taken by PTI is due to the verdict that was given by Peshawar High Court a few days ago.
Peshawar High Court (PHC) had said that the blockade of NATO supply by PTI is illegal and it is a violation of Human Rights and is also against article 18 of the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan. it further said that PTI should immediately announce an end to the blockade.
In this meeting members of PTI discuss about the National Internal Security policy that was recently announced, the Negotiation with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and other party affairs.
