Islamabad: Chairman of political party (PTI) Imran Khan has demanded sorry from the US on the matter of MNA and head of the Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed’s offloaded from PIA’s Canada-bound flight at Benazir Bhutto International Airport (BBIA).The conference of the PTI party under the supervision of Imran Khan in Islamabad was held by reviewing the national economic and political condition of the country.
It has demanded in the conference US to be apologetic on the matter of Sheikh Rasheed’s offloaded from the flight. It has also decided by the PTI that no member of this party will go to US until they don’t say sorry.
One more member of PTI Nafeesa Khttak has also protested on not to go America as she has invited by the America for attending the program on the internal security. It is to remember that, Sheikh Rasheed boarded the flight intended for Toronto but PIA officials offloaded him from the plane before takeoff.
Sheikh Rasheed said he will protest against this incident in the National Assembly. He said that he was stopped for unidentified explanations as his name was not on the exit control list (ECL). The AML chief was reserved to address a rally in Canada on March 23.
In the meantime, Sheikh Rasheed had received multiple visa of Canada on his authorized passport to contribute in the Pakistan Day Celebration on March 23rd, but when he exited to the airport to fly he was discharged from a Toronto (Canada) bound PIA flight number PK-781.
