Uzair Baloch Submits Bail Plea in UAE Court

Uzair BalochDubai: The fugitive suspect of Lyari Gang war and chief of the banned Peoples Aman Committee’s (PAC) has submitted bail plea in UAE court and he is likely to release on bail very soon in Dubai. According to the sources, Pakistani consulate has also provided a temporary passport for Uzair which is likely to be issued within 24 hours.

However Sindh Government is striving hard in order to get Uzair Baloch’s custody from authorities but due to several legal complications, Pakistani police officials remained unsuccessful to get the custody of the suspect in Dubai.  Lyari gang-war suspect was arrested from Muscat in December as he was charged for the supervision of a network of criminal activities as killings, extortion and drugs business was the main motive of his network. After which Uzair sent to Dubai where he has been in detained since December.

The 37-years old suspect fled from Pakistan in the year 2013 when rangers’ operation was launched in Karachi. He has been leading Peoples’ Aman Committee (PAC) since 2009 after the death of Abdul Rehman alias Rehman Dakait who was a famous gangster of Karachi and founder of PAC. Although Uzair Baloch is known as political figure of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Lyari.
