Warid Telecom service has gone down and users of Warid are unable to call or send SMS (Short Message Service). Some of the Warid users are able to receive the calls from other mobile networks but in Karachi and other cities network is down.
Many people are trying to contact customer service number ( 111-111-321 or 321) but they have also failed in this as calls cannot go through. Hundreds of people have complained on official Facebook page of Warid also but there is also no response from Warid customer service.
It is pertinent to mention here that recently on the occasion of Bakra Eid SMS packages were temporarily finished from 15th October to 17th October. After that decision Abu Dhabi based mobile company was criticized a lot any even some of the people shifted to other mobile phone companies for better service.
Some of people have said that they have received the following message from Warid:
We apologize for the inconvenience as we are facing service related issues in Karachi due to unexpected fiber cut in Sindh, there can be temporary fluctuation/congestion in network in some other areas. We are working to resolve this problem as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, your cooperation shall be highly appreciated.
