WHO Stopped Polio Vaccination After Five Workers Killed In Pakistan

Karachi: Sham full incident happened in Metropolitan when some undefined gunmen attacked on the team of Anti Polio Vaccination, four women were killed in this attack. According to media reports, this unpleasant incident happened in Landhi and Orangi town which took the lives of Anti Polio Vaccination campaign members.

According to Police reports, after the attack Anti polio campaign has stopped by World Health Organization (WHO) and WHO also inform the Sindh Government about the stopping of this campaign. Talking to media, Executive District Officer (EDO) Health Dr Imdadullah Siddique said that the victim of Polio Campaign was taken to Aga Khan University Hospital but due to serious condition no one can survive.

WHO strictly condemned the attack which take place against the member of Anti Polio campaign. And along with Karachi this campaign was also stopped in Peshawar by World Health Organization.
