Women Are At Higher Risk For Heart Disease

heart attackNew York: A new US study has revealed that middle-aged women are at higher risk for heart, blood pressure and sugar diseases as compare to 20-37 years old women. Researchers researched on 70 thousand women who are 20 to 37 years old and took a detailed review on causes of heart disease in women, Level 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure levels.

It has said in the research that in the past decade, middle-aged people have been fewer deaths from heart attack and this disease has increased more rapidly in young people, particularly girls. Researchers have also told 6 healthy habits to avoid these diseases, which are:

  1. Avoid smoking
  2. Body should control according to mass index (mass index should be in between 18.5- 24.9)
  3. Exercise for two hours in a week
  4. Watch TV less than 7 hours per week
  5. Take healthy diet
  6. Take proper sleep

The researchers say unhealthy body mass also points towards heart diseases therefore it is necessary to maintain according to mass index. Researchers also explained healthy diet while saying that fruits and vegetables must be included in your meal. Those women cannot get rid from heart diseases who think that exercise and healthy diet not so important when they take medical treatment of their heart disease.
