Today I went to Cafe Zouk (Sindhi Muslim Branch) on my bike, I parked my bike in front of the security guard. I went there to pick my take away order. The moment I reached on the entrance, guard stopped me from entering just because I came on bike. Then after arguments he permitted me to go inside from kitchen supplies door. I called the Manager and asked him that why the guard stopped me ? Is the place for only car holders or some high officials. He replied “yes humne guards ko mana kiya hua hai not to allow people who came on bikes”
Now I know that if I want to eat something out I should first buy a car and then think of eating out – it has become a very common practice.
What kind of crap these big names are promoting in the name of status? Every customer should be equally important we are paying our hard earned money in their restaurants and it is we who are helping them in growing.
And now I know if this will come in their notice they will come up with some stupid story like it our responsibility to take care of our customers security like the owner/manager of cafe flo and people related to them will comment in their favour.
Those small Dhaba’s and street restaurants are much better than these so called elite restaurants they at-least give respect to their customers instead of insulting them.
It is high time now to make them realize that they are nothing without us.

Hey … I m not supporting their action it’s wrong at many levels but let’s take a step bk n try to look at the other side of the picture …. considering law not order situation of the city where most of the attackers / snatchers use motor bikes , the restaurant is perhaps just trying to protect n safe guard it’s valuable customers from a mishap …. just a thought !!
Are you serious right now? Why would mobile snatchers go inside a restaurant and snatch mobiles? gurads must check for weapons with the help of scanners. Thats what scanners are for. As far target killers are concerned they will wait for the target to come outside or will barge in anyway by killing the gaurd first.
