The marriage ceremony was held in a simple manner in which small amount of people related to his family were presented whereas Valima ceremony will be held on Tuesday at hujra in Mathra, Swabi (Junaid’s village). With respect to the sources, Junaid Khan wanted to invite his cricket companions (Pakistani team squad) at his wedding but most of the players had left country for World Cup 2015. However Junaid Khan invited to those players who were present in the country.
The 25-years old cricketer Junaid Khan unfortunately cannot become part of Pakistani team for World Cup 2015 as he got injured during the practice session in Lahore due to which he was replaced by Rahat Ali in World Cup 2015. Junaid Khan is also expected to join Cricket Academy in Lahore soon after his wedding in order to work out for his fitness.
