Do You Know Why Sarfaraz Ahmed Was Not Appointed As Captain?

The right handed batsman and wicket-keeper of Pakistan cricket team Sarfaraz Ahmed was expected to become captain of the national team as last captain of the team Misbah Ul Haq has resigned from the team. Sarfaraz Ahmed who recently got much fame in the World Cup 2015 due to his brilliant performances did not made the captain of the team by the team management but made was vive-captain despite of it.

However, Azhar Ali, the right-hand batsman has been appointed as new captain of the Pakistan cricket team and both captain and vice-captain are trying hard to make team as a strong unit. Sarfaraz Ahmed replied in response to a question that he can understand and speak good English but it is not a reason because the decision has been taken by the team management and it is their choice whom to make captain and vice-captain. He further added that if anyone think that English is most important for a team’s captain then I will also work on my English.

The 27-years old vice-captain also said that it is also decided by the team management whom to play as an opener or middle order. It is pertinent to mention that national team is practicing at Gaddafi Stadium under the supervision of team’s coach Waqar Younis.
