Indian Government Organisations Better Then Pakistan Government Organisations?

I read news regarding Air India that it is making a loss of nearly $1.9 million every day; Air India is run by government of India and is a government organisation like Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) which is government organisation of Pakistan.

During the last few years it is the only thing in which I can say that Indian government organisation is as same as Pakistan government organisation.

Pakistan government organisations PIA, Steel Mills, Railways, WAPDA and many other are running in huge looses because of corruption, mismanagement and political appointments.

There is no hope for this democratic government to bring these organisations in a profitable stage, now it is hope that next government will improve the condition of these government organisations.
