MQM Waqas Ali Shah Funeral On 12th March

waqasKarachi: The activist of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Waqas Ali Shah’s funeral will held on 12th March at Jinnah Ground after Namaz-e-Zohar in which large number of MQM activists and members will attend his funeral prayers. Waqas Ali Shah who died during rangers’ raid at MQM headquarter Nine Zero in Karachi near Azizabad will buried in Shuhada graveyard as he left seven siblings and a mother.

The 25-years old late worker of MQM Waqas Ali Shah shot dead due to aerial firing which was led by rangers during raid as he lost his life while protesting outside Nine Zero by protecting women against rangers who were pushing women during the raid. Shah was working as member of the MQM Central Information Committee as well as he used to programmers, rallies, protests and gatherings for the party. He last hosted the party’s labour division at the foundation day on 28th February as he also known for his emotional speeches which showed his love for the party.

According to Shah’s close friend Ahsan Khan, Shah’s called me early in the morning in order to go at Nine Zero due to rangers’ raid at the headquarter and we reached together at the same bike on the destination. Ahsan Khan who is also a member of the party told that Shah’s last words to Rangers personnel were don’t misbehave with the women. Waqas Ali Shah got engaged on Saturday and was expected to tie in a knot after six months.
