Muslim Rulers Failed to Defend Prophet’s (PBUH) Dignity: Imran Khan

Islamabad: The chief of Tehreek-e-Pakistan Imran Khan said while addressing to the Ulema Mashaiq Conference in Islamabad that Muslim rulers are responsible for cartoon publications against our Prophet (P.B.U.H) as they did not perform their duty in order to defend Prophet’s (P.B.U.H) dignity.

Imran Khan also added that our scholar did not raise their voice against wrongdoings as it is the responsibility of every Muslim to save our Prophet’s (P.B.U.H) dignity. He further added in his address that our country is on the brink of disaster and we all are responsible for this because everyone is busy in his own benefit and no one is looking for our country’s benefit and Islamic laws. Scholars should understand the real meaning of the teachings of Islam as people are killing each other in the name of Islam, Imran Khan commented.

The 61-years old politician also said that Islam is growing rapidly in Europe and the event which was happened in France was about to provoke Muslims but Muslims leaders are responsible for France incident. Moreover Imran Khan also claimed that small segment is robbing to the country as it has seen that people who do politics in the name of religion got their price.
