PPP is referred as one of the leading political parties of the country which has come into power for five times so far in 1970, 1977, 1988, 1993 and 2008 respectively. PPP was formed on 30th November 1967 by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto as a left-wing political party with the slogan Roti Kapra aur Makaan (Food, Clothes and Housing). Just after its inception, PPP received quick prominence among poor, farmers, workers, and students in West Pakistan. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto successfully made social and economic reforms which true help in the better life of Pakistan’s masses.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who was used to gather huge number of people in all of his political meetings and gathering got tremendous success due to his tireless work for the people of Sindh. During 1977, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was found to be involved in the murder of a political enemy and was hanged on 4th April in 1979. After which he was buried to his ancestral village at Garhi Khuda Baksh neat to his father’s grave.
However, daughter of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto became chairman of PPP in 1982 as she successfully came into power after winning the general elections of 1988. [alert style=”white”] Late Benazir Bhutto was emerged as the first female Prime Minister of Pakistan in 1988 after which she again became Prime Minister for the second time in 1993’s general elections. In 2007, Benazir Bhutto came to Pakistan for general elections but unfortunately she lost her life on 27th December, 2007 in Rawalpindi. Due to which Benazir’s husband Asif Ali Zardari and his son Bilawal Bhutto Zardari appointed as co-chairman of the party after assassination of beloved leader of PPP Benazir.
Although PPP came into power after successfully winning general elections which held on 18th February 2008.Asif Ali Zardari emerged as President of Pakistan and Yousuf Raza Gillani became Prime Minister in the PPP’s government.

I most respectfully, being patriot citizen of Pakistan, wish to bring in your honour’s notice excesses meted out to us by one of the staff of Sindh secretariat, namely Mr. Khalil Ahmed Soomro who was p.a. to Minister for zakat and usher, p.a. to Mr. Sajjid Bhabhan and Mr. Qasim Naveed, On influence false registered FIR No. 40/2017 against my council (Lawyer) Mr. Zaigham Hussain, my surety person Mr. Mukhtiar Hussain and my elder Brother Mr. Naseer Ahmed on 1st April 2017 at police station city court Karachi.
I, Ghulam Sarwar Soomro present resident of UAE since 2005 living with my family till to date. In addition, my Permanent residence at town Hingorja Taluka Sobho-dero District Khairpur Mirs Sindh, the details submit as under.
Mr. Tariq Soomro Who is presently JAN NISAR SECURITY at bilawal House Karachi, but he is actually emplyeehe of food department government of sindh as his post of PEON. He has had influence over the police being the Security person of bilawal House and using the Name of bilawal House for lodging false FIRs against me my all family members I would request you to take report from the SHO city Court SSP south DIGP south and SHO major Aziz bhatti East, DIGP East Karachi.
I am victim of the aggressive and harassment by Mr. Tariq Soomro and khalil Soomro so called p.a.to minister, who has used patron bilawal House and officials of Sindh government for registered FIRs against us which is peculiarity annoying behavior is effecting in my life.
That His another brother kalim soomro who is emplyee of STEVITA. government of sindh but he is performing duty with Mr. Tamura Talpur Specify Assist to cm sindh. Mr.tariq soomro and kalim soomro were Appointed during last Seven years of his father Khalil soomro was p.a. To Mr. Nadir Magsi ex. minister for food sindh government. These using name of high officials and lodging firs agains me.
That when I had come to Pakistan in December 2013 and after my departure from Karachi Pakistan to UAE. and during my absent Khalil Soomro had lodged false FIR against me on dated 22/01/2014 in PS Aziz Bhatti vide FIR No. 32/2014 under section 506-B PPC.
That I came to Pakistan on December 03, 2014 for the purpose Bail of above said FIR No. 32/201 appeared before the city court and Mr. Khalil Soomro with his influence on Police lodge false FIR No. 150/2014 under section 506-B at PS city Court Karachi on the Dec.26, 2014.
In habit of Khalil Soomro on April 01, 2017 once again lodged false FIR No.40/2017 at Ps city court Karachi against my council (Lawyer) Mr. Zaigham Hussain, my surety person Mr. Mukhiar Ahmed and my elder Brother Mr. Naseer Ahmed Soomro.
The FIR No. 40/2017 lodged by Khalil Ahmed Soomro at the PS city court Karachi, during investigation it was found the FIR baseless and false, then on influence Mr. Khalil has transferred the case to another PS kharadar Karachi. At PS kharadar the I.O. was converting it in B class due to false stated and non-available tangible evidence of the incident (FIR No. 40/2017) but once again he used sources of Sindh Secretariat high officials of Sindh government, Mr. Khalil was successful again to transfer the case from kharadar PS to Jackson police station Keamari Karachi and the case is still there.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Khalil has tried his connections with the Ministers and Sindh secretariat government of Sindh to influence the investigation officer in charge for his own favor of Inquiry report but luckily, he wasn’t successful still for this FIR. In this regard I would request your honour to take report from SSP south Investigation, SHO and I.O. of PS city court and Investigation officer of PS kharadar Karachi.
Sir, I am patriot citizen of Pakistan I have legal rights of defense to these cases but All my rights has been collapsed due to involved names of my surety person and Council. Which is patently false as is evident from the fact that occurrence is stated to be of 30.03.2017 and the FIR lodged on 01.04.2017. Even an cursory glance at the FIR gives the impression that it is concocted, baseless and cannot stand the scrut
That the Khalil Soomro and his sons have a history of using the official patronage to rough up his opponents in the criminal justice system. A string of FIRs has been lodged against all and sundry to make them “behave. We continue to receive threats by Mr. Khalil Soomro for dire consequences. I suspect I’ll be involved in another case of “criminal intimidation” if I returned to Pakistan.
Due to his influence over the police, we are feeling insecure even in our home.For the reason that we belong to a peace-law-loving, law-abiding and educated family, his venom of office being used for personal vendettas, we do not harm to anyone but such threats of misusing government machinery against us are putting us in awkward position. It is requested that we fear for our lives and seek a quick redress our concerns.
In view of the above-mentioned facts, I urge your honour to take personal interest in this matter as the odds against us are monumental and we are weak; it is only the strength of law that we are relying on, also I would request you kindly pass an urgent order for withdraw the FIR No. 40/2017 PS city Karachi which is under investigation at PS Jackson keamari Karachi and save us from his hardship then will pray for your long life and prosperity and my family and I will thankful always in this regards.
