Mian Mehmood Ur Rasheed is a very famous politician and a leading figure of right wing political party Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf led by a famous cricketer and World Cup winning captain Imran Khan, who is also famous for his welfare work and as a chancellor of Bradford University. His official position is that of a member of Public Accounts Committee-I (Chairperson) and leader of opposition. Due to his communication skills and grip on democratic politics he is also among the media faces of PTI. He has appeared on media multiple times and is a public leader. Mian Mehmood Ur Rasheed has lived his political life in Lahore and has been an active politician and a leading public figure. He is a strong advocate of free judiciary, free parliament and free media the cornerstone of democracy everywhere in the world.
