Riya Sen is the lead actress in the film which is directed by Rajiv S. Ruia and produced by Veeraj Kumar. Famous Bollywood comedian Rajpal Yadav is also in the film. During the music launch of Zindagi 50-50 music director and composer Pritam was also present.

It is pertinent to mention here that in March 2011 Veena Malik said that Rahat Fateh Ali should follow Indian rule while working in the country and should pay taxes.
