Multan: Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz Namoos-e-Risalat observed strong protest at Kacheri Chowk against PTI central leaders Javed Hashmi, Arif Alvi and Shireen Mazari at parliament’s floor for the law proposed to which they see as against Prophet-hood.
The protest was led by Qari Ahmad Mian. He was flanked by Asif Ahmed Ikhwani, Muhammad Ayub Mughal, Syed Khalid, Mehmood Nadeem, Dr. Zahir Khakwani, Azeem ul Haq Peerzada, Syed Athar, Hussain Bukhari, Chaudhary Zulfiqar Ali Sindhu, Nafees Ahmed Ansari, Muhammad Yousuf Ansari, Sheikh Tahir Rasheed, Khawaja Obaid ur Rehman, Dr. Anees Noorani including large number of people.
Speakers addressing to the protestors said that PTI senior leader Javed Hashmi and other leaders by demanding amendment in article C-295 have insulted the Prophet Hood. They said that we are staunch followers and believers of Holy Prophet (Peace Be upon Him) and we would not compromise with any changes in Tauheen-e-Risalat Act.

The PTI was threatened that if it remained silent over the demands then the protestors would not limit their opposition to the streets of Multan only but they would follow PTI across the country.
Namoos-e- Risalat party followers also demanded Javed Hashmi, Arif Alvi and Shireen Mazari to be termed ineligible as MNA. They said that National Speaker should send their ineligibility reference to Election Commission. They are verdicts of Article 62 and 63, they opined.
