Tranquil – And Soon To Be Trendy in Pakistan

Located near the Kahuta Triangle and easily accessible via the GT Road and the Islamabad Highway , Phase II ,  DHA, is one of Islamabad’s up and coming suburban neighbourhood and a 25-minute drive from Zero Point. Although Phase II was established in the mid-1990s, it is only in the last five to six years that it has come to life , mainly due to an increasing demand for residential property in Islamabad.

Idyllic and upscale….. Peaceful leaving defines  Phase II. With wide tree-lined roads, quiet shaded lanes meandering through large houses, the are is tranquil for the most part.  The presence of well-maintained parks, mosques and reputed educational institutes and healthcare facilities , contribute towards the quality , not to mention a satisfactory number of commercial pockets. This is where you can find well stocked supermarkets and high-end retail stores.

Off dining and weddings…. Popular restaurants include Bar-B-Que Tonight , Mr. Chicken, Marhaba Foods , DHA Pizza Inn and OPTP . The real estate take…. Phase II consist of 16 sectors; development work is nearly complete and nearly 45% is built-up; vacant plots are there for available. The area is attracting investment and several large scale and high-end project including malls, condominiums and office buildings are in the pineapple . Property prices are relatively low when compared to main Islamabad and increase by 30 % every year.

In a nutshell …. With increasing investors interest it is safe to say that not only will  Phase II be in a tranquil area to live in, but it will soon be a trendy one too.
